PROJECTS & WORK

Building Systems To Drive Change.

Everything I build is designed to shift systems and open doors from equipping entrepreneurs and influencing policy to sparking bold narrative shifts.

BizFed Advocacy Academy

Empowering the Next Generation of Policy-Savvy Leaders.

Training the next generation of policy-savvy business owners and civic leaders.

As Founder and Director of the BizFed Advocacy Academy, I created and lead this groundbreaking initiative under the Los Angeles County Business Federation (BizFed). After running for office in 2024, I secured $1.1 million from the County of Los Angeles to expand the program.

The Academy equips small business owners, entrepreneurs, and students with critical tools to influence policy, access capital, and build long-term economic power. It serves as a regional model for economic resilience, leadership development, and civic engagement.

Campaign Strategist & Political Consultant

Turning community power into policy wins. Campaign & Political Consultant known for flipping narratives, mobilizing communities, and making history.

I’m a campaign and political consultant who doesn’t just talk strategy. I change outcomes.

I’ve been on both sides of the ballot. I’ve run for office myself and have worked behind the scenes on campaigns throughout Southern California. I’ve built coalitions, shaped messaging, increased voter turnout, and helped candidates step into leadership. My work spans grassroots organizing, candidate development, and issue-based advocacy. I’ve supported first-time candidates and seasoned officials, always with a focus on integrity, clarity, and results.
One of the most defining moments in my career came when I led the legal and strategic work behind one of the only elections in California history to be overturned due to proven voter fraud.

In 2021, I managed Andre Spicer’s campaign for Compton City Council. When the results showed he lost by a single vote, something didn’t sit right. Seven days after the election, I recorded a phone call that revealed clear evidence of fraud. I sent that recording to the District Attorney’s Office, every LA County Supervisor, the County Registrar, and every agency with authority over elections. That single act set a statewide legal process in motion.
Over the course of a year, I led the effort to protect the integrity of the vote. I oversaw the official recount and reviewed ballots one by one. I tracked down individuals who committed fraud, served subpoenas, located and secured witnesses, and got them to court. I testified on the second day of trial in my role as campaign manager since the candidate was never called to the stand. In the end, the judge ruled that four illegal votes had been cast and overturned the election. The rightful winner was installed. This was the first time a City Council race had been reversed due to fraud in California and one of the few times in the country that a local election was corrected through direct community action.

This wasn’t just about one race. It was about protecting democracy, holding systems accountable, and proving what is possible when you understand how systems work and refuse to stay silent.

Today, I bring that same courage, strategy, and follow-through to the candidates, organizations, and movements I work with. Whether I’m building a ground game, crafting the message, or preparing leaders to step into power, I move with integrity, expand access, deliver transformation, and create lasting impact.

BizFed Impact Work

Coalition-Building in Action.

From economic recovery to Olympic procurement, this is coalition-building in action.

I lead BizFed’s Arts, Entertainment, Sports, and Olympics Committee, preparing businesses for opportunities tied to the LA28 Games and spearheading initiatives that promote long-term economic growth and community development across the region.

Through a partnership with Arizona State University, I am also expanding the Academy’s global trade readiness platform to help local businesses enter and thrive in international markets.

My Writing & Storytelling

Words That Activate Change.

I write for disruptors, deep thinkers, and the quietly revolutionary, people ready to break cycles, rewrite narratives, and create something freer from my Essays and books. I uncover bold truths meant to push conversations forward.

As the author of If You Wonder Why They Call You Nigga, I challenge readers to unpack limiting beliefs, reframe self-worth, and embrace the power of intentional living and leadership. My words don’t just inform they activate change.

My Journey & Story

Where It Started.

From San Diego to Moreno Valley to Compton, my journey reflects the realities of navigating multiple systems.

With deep family roots in Compton since the 1960s, I began my advocacy work fighting for fairness in a city that shaped me; uncovering election fraud, demanding justice, and learning how policy impacts real lives.

THAT EXPERIENCE STILL FUELS EVERYTHING I DO.
