As the Founder and Program Director of the BizFed Advocacy Academy, I lead a groundbreaking initiative under the Los Angeles County Business Federation (BizFed) and its nonprofit partner, the BizFed Institute. Together, we have created a model that bridges business education, civic engagement, and workforce development across Southern California.
I secured more than one million dollars from the County of Los Angeles to expand the program and strengthen its reach. The Academy equips small business owners, entrepreneurs, and students with the tools to navigate government, access capital, and build lasting economic power. It now stands as a regional model for civic leadership, workforce readiness, and equitable business growth.
Recent Highlights
I am a campaign and political strategist focused on transforming community power into meaningful outcomes. My experience includes candidate development, grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, and strategic planning for campaigns across Southern California.
Over the years, I have helped leaders win elections at various levels, including managing Andre Spicer’s campaign for Compton City Council in 2021 and leading the legal and strategic effort that overturned a fraudulent election. That case was the first of its kind in California history and became a statewide example of what is possible when integrity, courage, and strategy align.
Today, I bring that same clarity and commitment to every campaign and organization I support, helping leaders and teams align strategy, communication, and community engagement to create lasting impact.
As part of the BizFed Institute’s leadership team, I guide initiatives that expand workforce training, advance business education, and promote equitable economic growth across Los Angeles County and beyond. My work focuses on aligning public, private, and community partnerships to create pathways for long-term regional impact.
Through the Global Footprint program with Arizona State University, I am helping small businesses expand into international markets and compete on a global scale.
I also support the Apprenticeship Connector Program, which links employers, training providers, and emerging talent to strengthen California’s workforce ecosystem.
