My story begins in Compton, where my family has lived since the 1960s. Growing up between Compton and San Diego, I learned to navigate power structures early; seeing firsthand how policy and systems shape lives.
I am an Advocate who amplifies unheard voices and challenges systems that limit access. I am an Alchemist who turns clarity into strategy and purpose into measurable results. I am a Bridge Builder who connects institutions, entrepreneurs, and communities to create opportunities that outlast moments.
My grandmother’s influence taught me to speak up, stand firm, and serve with integrity. That foundation led me to uncover a voter fraud scheme in Compton that resulted in an overturned election, a defining moment that strengthened my belief in the power of truth and civic action.
As a Strategist, I have advised leaders, trained entrepreneurs, and built programs that move people from awareness to action. As an Author, I use storytelling to help people reclaim identity, confront truth, and find power in purpose.
As Founder and Program Director of the BizFed Advocacy Academy, I lead an initiative under the Los Angeles County Business Federation and BizFed Institute that equips small business owners, students, and community leaders to navigate government, access capital, and strengthen their economic footprint.
Under my leadership, the Academy has secured more than $1 million dollars in public investment and grown into a regional model for workforce development, civic engagement, and business education. Through partnerships with organizations like Arizona State University, we continue to expand opportunities for global trade readiness and apprenticeship connection.
